1. Who we are

eatazaadi.com is operated by Sweet Resistance Chocolates Ltd, trading as AZAADI, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17057738, with its registered office at  83 Uxbridge Road, Stanmore, England, HA7 3NH. You can contact us at info@eatazaadi.com or by post at the registered office. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sweet Resistance Chocolates Ltd, and "you" means the customer placing an order.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place through eatazaadi.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written for consumers; if you are buying for a business, please contact us about trade terms instead. Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

3. Products

Our products are dessert spreads sold in glass jars. Product pages show the ingredients, the allergens and the net weight, and the same information appears on the jar label. Images are for illustration; jar decoration and packaging may vary slightly. We may change or discontinue products at any time, without affecting orders already accepted.

Our products may contain or be made in an environment that handles allergens. Please read the allergen information on the product page and on the label before you eat the product. If you have any allergy or intolerance and are unsure, email us before ordering.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order you are offering to buy the products at the price shown. We will send an order acknowledgement by email; this is not acceptance of your order. Our acceptance takes place, and a contract is formed, when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example because a product is unavailable, because we cannot deliver to your address, because of an error in the price or description, or because we cannot verify your payment; if we decline an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Please check your order and delivery address before you confirm. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away; we can change an order up to the point of dispatch.

5. Pre-orders

Products marked "Pre-order" are sold before they are in stock. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and in your confirmation email, and we take payment when you order. If the expected date moves by more than 7 days we will tell you and offer a full refund. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Our spreads are food products that are zero-rated for UK VAT; any VAT charged is shown on your receipt. The delivery charge is £3.99 per order and is shown before you pay. We take payment in full when you place your order, through the payment methods offered at checkout. If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund you.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48; dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Products become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us, or handed to a person or safe place in line with your delivery instructions, and ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the exception for sealed food that has been unsealed. If products arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. 9. Bundles, offers and discount codes

Bundle prices apply only to the bundle as listed. Discount codes are for use on eatazaadi.com only, one code per order, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw or change an offer at any time, without affecting orders already accepted.

10. Your account and the website

You may browse the website without an account. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You agree not to misuse the website, to interfere with its operation, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to the website for maintenance or for security reasons.

11. Intellectual property

AZAADI, the AZAADI logo, the product names Pink Velvet, Choconut, Salted Gold and Coconut Cloud, and the content, images and design of this website belong to Sweet Resistance Chocolates Ltd or its licensors. Sweet Resistance is a registered trade mark owned by Sweet Resistance Chocolates Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of them without our written permission, other than to view the website and place orders.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products (including the right to receive products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose), or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence, and we are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made, for business losses, or for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control (including carrier failure, severe weather, industrial action or supply interruptions). If such an event affects your order, we will contact you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel for a full refund.

13. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email info@eatazaadi.com and we will do our best to put it right; we aim to reply within one working day and to resolve complaints within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution provider; we are not obliged to use one and will tell you whether we agree to do so in a particular case. 14. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your home nation. Each paragraph of these terms operates separately; if any part is found unlawful, the rest continues in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Nobody other than you and us has any rights under these terms.
